We were intending to have Japanese food at Wasabi Tei but the queue was super long by the time we reached. Then I remembered Eileen's recommendation of this restaurant. If she didn't mention it, I wouldn't have realised its existence. The guys shared the Sashimi Mori ($21.30++) which looked quite nice and fresh.

I just can't get enough of salmon even though I just had it yesterday. The Salmon Nabe ($17++) was chockful of ingredients such as tofu, mushrooms, leeks and assorted vegetables. The two thick slabs of salmon were very soft as I only let them sit in the hot pot for a short period of time.

The Tempura Udon ($13.80++) used to be my all-time favourite item at any Japanese restaurant when I was a kid. But no longer as I've discovered so many other more delicious Japanese fare.

The unagi coated with egg in the Unatama Set ($18.80++) tasted great to me. It was soft and not chewy at all.

There's apparently a ladies night on weekdays since we got 20% off. Prices are pretty affordable and comparable to other restaurants. Food wise, I've got no complaints about the quality or portion as both were reasonable enough to fill me up.
