Yee Shun Milk Company
G/F., 513 Nathan Road, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon 2332 2726 As we were walking along Nathan Road, I spotted this shop that was in my list of places to try. The signature Steamed Milk in Two Films (HKD$20/SGD$3.60) is served steaming hot and is very smooth and of course, milky. I like this as it’s not too sweet. Another signature item is the Steamed Milk with Ginger Juice (HKD$21/SGD$3.80) which is somewhat similar to the previous one. The ginger taste is rather strong—good for those who like gingery stuff. Besides steamed milk puddings, the papaya milkshake is also one of their bestsellers. But I was already too full so we gave it a miss. This shop specializes in steamed milk puddings so those who don’t like milky stuff probably wouldn’t want to come here. But do give this a try as the steamed milks are quite good and it’s not common in Singapore. Labels: Hong Kong 7:57 PM ---------- WELCOME!
